'SSNAP is the most ambitious and sophisticated platform for collecting and reporting data on the quality of stroke care in any healthcare system in the world. It is providing hospitals, commissioners, patients and the public with an unprecedented level of insight into the performance of stroke services.'
- Professor Tony Rudd, Professor of Stroke Medicine, King's College London

This 'Research' section of the web tool is designed to highlight and showcase the fantastic work that has been done using SSNAP data. Whilst we hope that the clinical and organisational audits are extremely useful and important for improving the stroke care of your team, region or CCG/LHB - this section will highlight the further uses of SSNAP data.

The research showcased in this section further emphasises the vital importance of data submission to SSNAP and the valuable impact the data which is submitted can have upon stroke care, both nationally and internationally.

Available in this section are:
  • Published papers which have used SSNAP Data
  • The SSNAP Collaboration
