SSNAP Clinical Interactive Maps (Aug-Nov 2017)

These interactive maps allow you to find information about stroke services for your local provider. You can compare different standards of care within your team, compare your local provider to other providers and against regional and national averages, and view changes over time.

These maps show results for all hospitals in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, which can be filtered by hospitals which directly admit patients for acute stroke care (routinely admitting teams), hospitals which do not typically treat patients in the initial phase of acute care (non-routinely admitting teams), and hospitals which provide rehabilitation later in the pathway (non-acute inpatient teams).

The domain maps present results for 10 broad areas of stroke care. The key indicators present more detailed results for the 44 indicators which comprise the domains.
