Information for patients

Engaging and working with patients continues is at the heart of what we do at SSNAP.

Finding SSNAP reports

If you are interested in how well hospitals in your region are treating stroke patients, our Easy Access Version reports, which have been written with patients and carers, are available here.

Our 4th Annual Report focused on how clinicians have used SSNAP data to improve stroke care provided to their patients from acute care to rehabilitation and longer term care. It also included numerous case studies highlighting patients own experience of stroke. This is available to read here.

More detailed SSNAP reports are also available to access from the results area of the website. Go to www.strokeaudit.org/results
