In this section of the webtool you will find the reporting outputs produced specifically for the Post-acute Organisational Audit. This new audit has been carried out in two phases, the first obtaining information from Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in England, Local Health Boards (LHBs) in Wales and Local Commissioning Groups (LCGs) in Northern Ireland on what post-acute stroke services they commission (provide) and the second collecting structural data from all identified post-acute stroke services on the make-up of their service. Similarly to the Acute Organisational Audit, results will be updated biennially. Both phases of the audit are now complete and all reporting outputs can be found within either the national, regional or CCG/LHB/LCH reporting areas below.
Within this section you will find the national reporting outputs for both the post-acute stroke service provider audit (Phase 2) and post-acute stroke service commissioning audit (Phase 1). Outputs include generic and public reports, Full Results Portfolios and national Easy Access Version (EAV) report for stroke survivors and their family and carers.
All regional reporting outputs for both phases of the post-acute organisational audit can be found within this area of the webtool. This includes region (including Wales and Northern Ireland) specific Easy Access Version (EAV) reports for stroke survivors and their families.
Commissioner specific versions of the post-acute stroke service commissioning audit (Phase 1) Generic report can be found within this section, as well can commissioner specific results for the post-acute stroke service provider audit (Phase 2).
