The interactive map below allows you to view the location of post-acute stroke services in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Services are divided between those that participated in the audit of post-acute stroke services providers and those that did not, but are known to exist. When an individual service is selected within the map, information is also given on whether there are any other types of service it carries out in addition to the one selected from the list. Results are based on services as of 1 April 2015. Please click the definitions and user guide tabs for more information about the terms used and the audit itself.
 
Instructions for use:

• Select the type of service you are interested in from the drop down list provided (Service button within the map itself).
• Either view the location of those services nationally or zoom into your area by clicking on the Filter button and selecting your region from the list.
• Select a service to update the table of information to the right of the map.
