SSNAP Clinical Interactive Maps (Jan-Mar 2016)

These interactive maps allow you to find information about stroke services for your local provider. You can compare different standards of care within your team, compare your local provider to other providers and against regional and national averages, and view changes over time.

The domain maps present results for 10 broad areas of stroke care. The key indicators present more detailed results for the 44 indicators which comprise the domains.

These maps show results for hospitals which do not typically treat patients in the initial phase of acute care and for hospitals which provide rehabilitation later in the pathway.Recruitment of these hospitals is ongoing.
